CDX Distance Learning Exercise #31 is an Advanced Starter Circuit Diagnosis assignment that can be used in the classroom as an interactive exercise or for distance learning. 

This exercise is Part 2 of a series on starter circuit diagnostics, and is an advanced diagnosis. It develops upon the basics from Part 1, CDX Distance Learning #28: Starter Circuit Diagnosis.
